2) The membership card is priced at 1,500 baht per person per year, with the option to provide initial health check-up coupons to others.
3) The membership card remains valid for one year.
4) Members enjoy various privileges, including:
- A 20% discount on inpatient rooms and outpatient services (OPD Case).
- A 10% discount on medicines, laboratory tests, and x-ray expenses within the hospital.
- A 10% discount on dental procedures such as fillings, tooth removal, and dental prophylaxis.
5) The period to begin utilizing discounts for new members is as follows:
Inpatient: Members immediately receive discounts based on their membership privileges as soon as the membership fee is paid.
Outpatient (OPD): Members also receive immediate discounts as soon as the membership fee is paid, with the condition that it does not exceed 24 hours from the physician's ordered admission of the patient.
